I'm an Indian, and yesterday I saw another article of a fellow Indian writer about same concern(medium partner program) I believe that medium can provide another monetary platform for non-listed countries which is similar to stripe, i mean why some countries are excluded is not understandable to me.
And, yes when our hardwork pays off in terms of money, that feeling is purely enthusiastic and in it's own way pleasant.
I wish situation changes for good, I agree with you the community is very positive people here are medium are truly encouraging which push me to continue writing towards my passion that is writing.
