Medium being Unfair!
I mean I don’t know why I feel this isn’t the right thing to exist. Medium expect us non listed countries to buy membership and stuff even though in that manner we are supporting the writer on this platform irrespective small or gigantic. But what about considering our countries to avail the MPP as well?
How difficult it can be for medium to make it possible for every writer irrespective of country.
I believe all the writers here works equally hard to bring their story to the table to help the community being a better version of themselves, writing consistently is just so not easy it requires lots of motivation and will power, and if it pays off it does help the writer to continue to have ideas to evolve grow and whatsoever.
In this situation why opportunities couldn’t be similar for every individual.
Passion and motivation flows with continuity, when it pays off in terms of remuneration that feeling is undoubtedly satisfactory. It’s unfair for all the writers here who are persistently keeping themselves motivated to write.
My opinion might sound disappointing or demeaning to some. But when we think from the point of view of those writer who consider writing as thier money making profession it is injustice with them including me in it.
I believe the direct reason to which medium cannot enroll some countries is due to stripe. Countries which doesn’t have stripe are automatically ineligible for partner program. Understandable, but it can have a solution as well if thought about it as a serious concern.
My article might just goes in the same queue of all those writer who highlight thier disappointment about the same. I just wish some consideration via medium for all the non listed countries. We all deserves equal opportunity.
